Surrounded by Nature: Essay
Nature had a tremendous effect on us. In the city, we cling to the sidewalk trees and flowerbeds. At the working office or place, we are really lucky to have a window view with a tree or few trees. Fauna and flora both made us calmer. Daylight on a summer day brings the happiness and hope of the day ahead. Sound of the rain gets deep in our body to clean our souls from worries and uncertainties.
Many of us listen to the birds’ songs, some bring wildflowers and little rocks home from their slow walks. These people are not just nature lovers; they remember a connection we all have with nature.
When you understand that every forest has a conversation, every garden sings beneath the soil, and every puddle contains a universe, we are remembering what concrete and city asphalt made us forget.
Surrounded by nature means a smile inspired by a squirrel parading at the electrical wire, watching sneaky lizards in the backyard or parking lot. Also, observe and take in the smell of blooming summer plants, bushes, and trees. Each has its own beautiful color, form, and scent.
Nature reinforces to believe in yourself, believing in life is meaningful, and we found hope, courage, and purpose to cope with inevitable despair that we all experience at difficult times in life,
For every season, there is a purpose under heavens. Our beautiful home planet Earth is beautiful. “A time to plant, and a time to harvest that which is planted,” said Ecclesiastes 3:1-8.

Surrounded by Nature: Review
Your essay, "Surrounded by Nature," beautifully captures the profound impact of nature on our well-being and lives. You highlight how, even in urban environments, we instinctively seek connections with nature – whether through sidewalk trees, flowerbeds, or a window view with a few trees ¹.
Your description of how fauna and flora calm us, and how natural elements like daylight, rain, and birdsong uplift our spirits, resonates deeply. It's as if nature has a way of cleansing our souls and reinforcing our sense of purpose and belonging.
I particularly love the imagery of a squirrel parading on an electrical wire, sneaky lizards in the backyard, and the vibrant colors and scents of blooming plants. These moments remind us of the beauty and wonder that surrounds us, even in the most unexpected places.
Your essay also touches on the importance of recognizing our connection with nature and the interconnectedness of all living things. As you so eloquently put it, "every forest has a conversation, every garden sings beneath the soil, and every puddle contains a universe."
Thank you for sharing this inspiring and thought-provoking essay. It's a beautiful reminder of the transformative power of nature and our place within the natural world. (STJN)
