Butter Makes a Come Back

Butter makes comeback as margarine loses favor. Americans expected to eat an average of 5.6 pounds of butter, according to U.S. government data—nearly 22.5 sticks for every man, woman and child. The generational battle of butter vs. margarine: butter consumption is up more than 21% since its lowest reading in 1997, while margarine consumption is down 70% since its peak in the mid-1970s.
“The Story of the Green Grass, Cows and Butter for Us”
Butter and sweet buttered sticks,

Such an amazing mix,

Moo-ing and craving for fresh grass for cows

And more butter for us!

Green grass and hay,

As you may,

Later put on the breakfast tray.

Butter, butterflies, sweet unsalted buttery sticks –

Sunshine or rain,

Trans-pass the green grass

And the country road to the farm,

The playground for cows,

All you see, the evergreen grass and raw hay,

As you may,

Allow, you know how:

Make the delicious eats of bread and butter

And enjoy any breakfast or supper.

My dear cow, chow, chow the green grass,

It will be more sweet butter for us!
