Today
Only Happens Once: Story
When
everything hurts, you want to put one BandAid over the boo-boo, only there are no
bandages that come in the extra-large sizes to cover the entire body. I decided
to change the tactics. I asked God for flowers that always make me happy, but
he gave me rain. The wind whispered in my ear, “April showers bring May’s
flowers.”
Today
only happens once, to make it amazing is a must. Today lives because of yesterday,
as presents stand on the shoulders of the past. Time never goes back, only
forward. Even when we are not moving and seat still, scientifically we move as
the Earth is moving. The universe never stays the same. History and the past teach
us that time and circumstances can change at any time. You may be powerful and
successful today, but time is more powerful than personal ego or desires. So, be
good, and do good. Bring your energy to be productive and supportive, effective
and intensive, and try your best to be inclusive.
Today
only happens once, to make it amazing is a must. Take small steps, one large
step, or any steps. Mobility is significance, it creates tomorrows and the future.
As Irish saying goes: “Good luck and may the odds ever be in your favor.”
Fill your cup with beautiful memories of yesterday, peaceful experiences of
today, and exciting plans for tomorrow. How do you make the amazing today? Always
be grateful, thankful, and stay blessed. If you have some curiosity, it helps.
I would say that curiosity like bravery becomes my shelter and moving force.
For
some people, books are the umbrella in the rain of knowledge. Other people
search online, google, and obtain digital artificial intelligence navigating Wi-Fi.
For me, it is writing and expressing myself on paper and ink. What is important
is to remember that today only happens once, to make it amazing. You are the
main force and the main character of your destiny, making miracles happen.
