Progress: Poem

I have to confess

Progress is not a regress.

It is not always forward.

Often, it is three steps frontward

And two steps that keep us back.

It is circles and spirals,

Even when it sits still

You feel each word

That sounds like a lifetime award.

You know that Earth has music

For those who listen

And moving forward.

Progress includes growth,

Continuing education,

Brakes, and detours.

We can set the wild rhythm,

Frequencies, alignment,

And even rhythm management.

Progress comes in different ways

And upfront honesty

If you are moving,

Then you are progressing.

Progress has a strategic approach.

It involves systematic monitoring

For growth-oriented mindset

That naturally improves the mind- state.
