Two: Poem
Two means a few,
A couple, an equivalent
Of the sum of two ones
Like two socks.
Two always a few
Like a duplicate
Of two identical ones,
Like two matching hearts.
Two is a pair
Of two twinned pears.
Two is a coordinated number
A symbol of two people
Or things like a couple that is outnumber.
Two may be separated
Into parts and halves
Like two matching gloves.
When you put together two hearts,
You reach out to obvious conclusion
Those two stands for love.
Number two in various contests
Recognized like a single number
In arithmetic to cultural idioms.
Number two is a minimum for counting –
We have two colorful mittens,
And two adorable kittens.
I have two hands,
A left and a right,
To hold and to work.
Two mittens, two gloves,
And two people who someone loves.
Sometimes on becomes two
And we forget how to be alone,
Drifted apart
At a dark night.
