 Past May Change You

I.

I believe in trinity.

Past builds present’s vitality

And creates responsibility.

I learned my ability

Of dos and don’ts

Like a professional, to the point.

Decades of travel may be changed

In goals to achieve and learn.

Decades of life navigation changed

By weather and point destination to earn.

II.

We come from Earth

Since the day of birth.

We return to Earth.

There I no refund or remorse.

And in between,

We live and listen,

In between we garden.

Any gardens and trees

Is motivated by beauty and growth.

Will I see the labor’s fruit

On the planted trees?

Probably not,

So what?

Past influenced change.

The present is like a ticket

To permission to age.

III.

I care about my badge.

I do not want future to perch,

After all,

It is fall.

The future can call,

And it throws a ball.

You can catch and play

If you let the past and stay

In an open position

To change and transition.
