Special Touch: Poem
You touched me
Long before
Our hands ever did.
You touched me
With your words,
Some sweet, others misspelled.
Many sounded peculiar.
You showed kindness and respect. –
I reacted, and reflect
And this is a true story and a fact.
By staying consistent and calm,
You always inspire some
And annoy others,
Few in numbers.
You did it anyway
And stayed and talked every day.
You have a special touch
That means so much.
