Afraid: Poem

Afraid

What am I afraid of?

Dark nights without light off.

Daylights not long enough.

I am afraid that dreams of predictability,

Will carry the love responsibility.

What if I like the small kisses again

And the squeeze of your gentle hand

Thant does bring pain

But gives the thrill in the veins?

Will my life be better? –

Trust is a difficult matter.

Sometimes, it can make you greater.

Try one more time,

Do not cry, you do already try!

Tell me, are you afraid of what? –

Maybe the heart will bleed.

Maybe I will dance with my feet.

Maybe these are lies and greed

And we will not be fit.

I am not afraid

To raise my voice clear and loud,

When I give you a warm hug and bug,

To speak honestly, and only truly,

With small acts of compassion

And my personal thoughts with passion.
