Please Forgive

Please forgive my confidence.

It is who I am when I dance.

It helps disappear in moves

When you dance, dance,

And keep everything in place.

 

The confidence comes from experience.

It helps character to enhance

When you dance, dance,

And stops everything from the tracks.

Something is different in my moves and racks.

 

I do not climb fences

Anymore, I slow-dance in con-fi-dance.

Please forgive me to mislead.

You keep me close on my feet

When I dance with confidence.
