Epistle
I.
A poem usually is
An elegant, deducted letter,
A testimony and reflection
That always matters.
Let’s say like flowers and bees
That usually is
An elegant vision that makes you
better.
II.
The epistle letter writing
Was common in ancient Egypt.
And always had pedagogical reasons.
Ink and paper to equip,
With candlelight and other smarts.
III.
Pliny, Ovid, and Seneca
Set the philosophical ruminations,
Ethics and moral lexica
Of ancient classics in Hellenistic
traditions.
Shalom, grace and peace
In every poetic piece.
