Beer Bread

Beer Bread

3 cups self-rising flour
1 can or bottle beer
2 tablespoons sugar

Mix flour, sugar and beer together. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 375 degree F for forty minutes.

Serve with a simple tossed salad.

Tip: Enhance browning on top, spray loaf with butter-flavored cooking spray before baking.
