From juice cleanses to foot patches,
body detox has been a hot topic over the past decade,
and it can be hard to tell fad from fact.
The good news states that the human body does not need help
from sources because it naturally detoxes itself outside:
a. Spice things up with herbs and spices (ginger, cardamom,
peppermint, turmeric, or cinnamon) to a cup of tea;
b. Soak in salt (Epsom);
c. Stay active (exercise can help reduce inflammation);
d. Stay hydrated;
e. Sleep it off.
