Oat Meal Cookies

To make 40  healthy cookies,
please use -

2 cups of oats
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup sugar white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/4 cup  of water
1 cup butter

Baking time is 20 min. Enjoy!
