One big thing I've learned about relationships is - you must adore each other.
You must adore their quirks, their complaints, the way they crinkle their nose when they smile, the way their face falls when they get annoyed by something, the way they look while they're focused, or even the way they look at you when they've seen you do something silly.
Adoration is so important in any relationship. Simply because if you don't adore your person, what is it you like? If you don't adore your person, what are you giving them for just being? Because that surely isn't love. That's what we call benefiting from convenience.
Let them go - so that someone can adore them for simply being themselves; so, that they too can learn to adore themselves.
