Anybody can sympathise with: Poem

 “Anybody can sympathise with

the sufferings of a friend,
but it requires a very fine nature
to sympathise with a friend’s
success.”
“It takes great deal of courage
to see the world in all its tainted
glory, and still to love it.”
“Yes: I am a dreamer.
For a dreamer is one who can
only find his way by moonlight,
and his punishment is that he
sees the dawn before the rest
of the world.”
Oscar Wilde,16 October 1854

Sadness and Intelligence: Essay

Sadness and Intelligence

Charles Bukowski once said that “sadness is caused by intelligence.” The more we understand certain things, the more you wish you didn’t understand them. I think it depends on society, on the surroundings in which we live and work. In ignorance society, when people are materialistic and shallow, people are not bothered by truth. It is sad that the truth does not make a difference. Ignorance is bliss when life is easy, and you are simply minded.

Intelligence is knowledge. Knowledge has power. One day, you work and lead people with knowledge and action to success to obtain the understanding of goals. Another day, you have the same knowledge and a different surrounding and understanding that the reality changed, and that there are no need of the your knowledge and actions, and that creates sadness if you do not know how to get new, different knowledge and understanding how to improve, react, reflect, correct, and illuminate to be able to rejects sadness.

Lord Byron said: “Sorrow is knowledge, those who know the most must mourn the deepest, tree of knowledge is not the tree of life.” Wise intelligent minds are looking on a way to act better, reflect on real-life situations, and finding possibilities for new beginnings. Of course, sadness is an emotional trigger. Perhaps it is a mental state-of-mind of being driven to a combination of searching for truth to impower and satisfy the intelligent curiosity. The inner voice says, go, do something to bring life. Higher level of intelligence uplifts the perception of sadness and happiness based on principles of morality of life.

Vail of Respect: Poem

 Vail of Respect: Poem

When we vail

We lower our head

And body like a flag

For those who go ahead

Out of respect.

It is a gesture for those who vail

To acknowledge who did not fail.

Vail as a submission

Because they stood up for the mission.

For people of strong will

Our hats are off.

We stand still

Getting a little thrill

As vail is a way to hail

That people did not fail,

A sign of love, admiration,

And acknowledge the submission.

Opinions

Creative people, poets, scientists and artists see more than politicians. Our ocal active nationalist authorities in power with all privileges are provincialists in time and place, they can’t see the forest from the trees. They can't afford to update their points of views after the latest developments, the climate change and pollution, in new technology and data transmission; ignorance and slavery are the political choice of their supporters. All their religions are based on collective instinct of self-preservation of their chosen people, personal faith is not afraid of doubt, it is living in time just like science. The law of nature, evolution is our conscience, own science in Finnish. The Church guided the ignorant believers towards the enlightenment, liberty, brotherhood and equality turned people against the oppression of the Church. Jean-Jacques Rousseau (1712–1778) is actual now more than ever before. In Rousseau’s view, humankind is good by nature – opposing other thinkers who served the oppressive power of the Church, they believed that humans are inherently competitive and violent by nature. Ignorant believers were brought up as fighting dogs to serve their masters. Creative people, scientists, artists and other freedom fighters in all fields of life are children who have survived, they accept change and always have all what they need for happiness, they are the fittest of Charles Darwin and they may be able to save us as human race and the life as we know it on this wonderful planet. I never have time to get bored; I know now that we are always living interesting times. Blessed be the minimalists for they shall inherit the world with cooperation.

You may be operating based on an assumption or a facade that is only a partial representation of the truth. In an effort to display only the good side of the situation, and only the enthusiasm and excitement that you have for something, you may be out of touch with the entire truth, which is that there is a downside to everything, and feelings of anger, frustration, and even loneliness may go along with it.

• I love you on purpose. I
have seen how you think about yourself. I know when you're hurting. I know the thoughts you have. I love you regardless. I am never upset with you because I know your intentions are pure. You are the one thing I will never sacrifice. You are resilient.
Even when you feel weak you still wake. I haven't met you yet. But I will. And I will love you like you have loved everyone. You will be able to rest. I will take care of you. I never have to guess with you. There are never uncertainties. You are everything to me. You are me. I don't think I could live without you. I want to see you every morning. I want to spare you from sorrow. I will stop you from suffering any longer and love you so much you forget the suffering of your past. I will sit with on all days, Quiet, Loud, Sad and Excited. I will never get bored of you or annoyed. I will never need to forgive you, for you can do nothing to offend me. All I want is to make you feel safe and loved.

Silence and Smile: Poem

Silence and Smile: Poem

First, I dream about my poem,

And then, I’ll write down my dream.

How do I know what to inscribe? –

I need silence and smiles

In my state of mind.

Sometimes, smiles solve a problem.

Ather times, silence helps to avoid

Everything that drives you mad.

I must use my head

And to give room to my hand.

Sleepless nights are not for smiles.

Sometimes, every hour like many miles.

But the finish end

There is daylight to smile.

Universe takes care of both

Smiles and silence,

In the natural time dance.

They are together but never cross

The finish line

Of silence and smile.

Moose and Goose: Poem in 5 Acts

Moose and Goose: 1st Act

Moose and Goose

Together had had sweet juice.

Everything was clear

For these two, there,

More than friendship

Between the Dog and Sheep.

The music was playing the dance,

The guests laugh and embrace

With pride and grace

The sweet stacks

Of the best banana pancakes.

Ohm, what do I see?

It is bad for me.

The sheep is on her back,

The loyal Dog is on the top.

There is no more grace,

And nobody wanted to dance.

What about Moose and Goose?

They finished the juice.

The Goose was on the loose.

He had too much booze.

What happened to the Moose?

It was a text that he went on a cruise,

Drinking more booze.

There is no more news,

And I do not have any clues.

Tomshinsky@2025

Moose and Goose: 2nd Act

I

Mose raised his hoof.

Goose ducked on the roof.

On squawk, one stamp

Then came a bruise

With a stamp of a thumb. –

How does it sound?

II

The moose wears a sombrero.

The Goose is in a Mariachi jacket.

Tacos flying everywhere.

The entire farm caught

In pure madness thought.

Joy on the stage,

And we are turning the page.

III

Honey, honey,

My flappy bunny,

You are very funny. –

Sugar, sugar,

You are a real looker.

I wish I could say it sooner.

The Goose was flyer

And a big liar.

Moose was brown and tall

And could move a wall.

‘Cherrific’ party

Turn out to be wild.

Terrific oligarchy

Without any certainty

And any simple safety.

I have a hearty

Feel of sympathy,

And pity.

IV

Moose spend

The night in jail

Because of the beating attempt.

Nobody will bail

The bad friend.

Unfortunately, this is a new trend.

I am sorry

For the violent end.

Tomshinsky@2025

Moose and Goose: 3rd Act

I

Moose lawyered up

Because he was self-destroyed

After the jail time.

He committed a public crime emblem

Because of the drinking problem

More than on grass a day

Because he passed out on the grass

After drinking more than one glass

Every day.

II

A lawyer was an old friend

A Giraffe with a long neck.

He was tall and peaceful,

A lawyer is not a fool.

As usual, he loved to read a book,

Book a day,

Every day, every day.

His long neck was above the trees

Eating all the healthy leaves.

III

You will not miss the sentiments of savannas.

He was a lawyer, and did not eat bananas.

Dress elegant, in brown-spotted fur

And pretty boots covered his beautiful long hoof.

Also, he wears hats to be allured.

He was good and never prelude.

IV

The long neck Giraffe’s story

It was a mission to send Moose to rehab,

As helping an old friend

Was brave and extraordinary.

He wanted to pay back

As Moose was a long-time client.

Tomshinsky@2025

Moose and Goose: 4th Act

The doctor was a foxy Sheep

She runs the place

Like an ocean ship –

Smooth and effective,

And soon our Moose got a new perspective.

Winter left rebab space

For joyful spring to come.

Our Moose became better,

Sober, and this is all what is matter.

With the moon light,

At lonely nights,

He was dreaming about the Goose. –

O’ Goose, my lovely bird,

I love you so much as it hurt

My loving heart.

I do not fight,

And I cannot sleep tight.

My love, we should never be a part,

Wait for me at the farm.

I have a flower in my arm.

Tomshinsky@2025

Moose and Goose: 5th Act

I know you want to know

What does Goose do as a solo?

Feathered Goose lived at the farm,

Very close to the barn.

She always wondered

What happened

To her long-time friend, Moose.

Is his current life smooth?

She came to the bench

At the ranch.

They have seen many suns

Raised at the juice drinking time.

They knew each other’s tunes

They laughed, flirted, and stayed cool.

Everything was fine

When they sit and wait for the moon.

Listening and whispering

To the symphony of hearts’ rhythm swaying.

Only God knows how to bring joy

To two lonely hearts, o’ boy!

Pride and Softness: Essay

 Pride and Softness: Essay

“And still, after all this time, the Sun was never said to Earth, You Own Me. Look what happens with love like this. It lights up the sky. (Rumi) It is beautifully said. Cheers to the love without ownership. What I mean, I am prizing pride and softness.

When new love comes it has pride and grace, confidence and joy. If you embrace and engage in the conversation, share the time, thoughts, and emotions, it contributes to a new friendship dance of words, willingness to share the memory stacks as we look at the back. It creates love without ownership, with natural pride and self-worth. Pride guards the heart with a key.

Also, pride makes you stand up, and get higher, far enough, to observe from above, look up to the high sky, and follow the birds. Pride makes you disciplined, focused, and hardworking.

Pride could be ignorant, self-centered, but also a sign of surviving and self-preservation. We need pride in staying on the course and keeping going even if life offers you detours.

Softness could exist out of pride. Let me say, softness is a child of pride. When pride loses the keys which are guarding the heart, softness comes and opens the doors for joy and happiness, laughter and hope. Softness is a common side of a feminine heart. It attracts the strongest men, longing for softness and kindness. Softness also has grace to dance, softness is a story to read, to learn, and to dream. Softness lets the spirit go, lifts the scares and enjoys the moments, the words, and a squeeze of the waiting hand. Softness does both take and give. She learned it from mother-pride. Softness has a lot to offer, flexible and reacted.

When daylight comes and the sundown shines, pride and softness awoke to rule, to make everything cool.
