Vixen Diary: Poem

 Vixen Diary

Little Fox, Little Fox,

Where do you go

Through the grass, soft and slow

In the beautiful orange tux?

Little Fox, Little Fox,

In the orange tux, -

I am invited to a fiesta.

There is some trifecta

When you go soft and slow

Always flow. –

Little Fox did not want to blow

Her destination

Because she got an invitation.

Little Fox had dreams

And wanted to learn to fly.

She said, “I would never lie!

I am almost at the barn

At the isolated farm,

And there is some sweet chicken

On the menu card.

As usual the coolest Little Fox

Was stalking Rabbits

As her hungry habits.

The adorable Vixen

Emerged from the den.

Every Little Fox fairytale

Has an orange fluffy tail.

The wild foxy animal

Did lost the curious expression

Of natural fascination

Exploring peaceful woodland

And wandering through the meadow.

Little Fox trusted the process

That daylight will come

Even the world was still dark.

Meantime, the dogs did not bark.

Nature provided law and order.

The Chicken lost the juicy shoulder,

Only feathers covered the backroad.

Universe deploys moments of chance.

The tail teaches to enhance

Awareness of choices and chance

Because the sun never forgets to rise,

And daylight will come.
