I Love You, I Think: Poem

I love you,
I think.
You are grand.
There is no one
Like you
In the entire land.
Here is my hand.
The is none any word
In the whole world
To say how I love you,
I think.

I love your hair,
And each of your ear,
And your head, And your neck.
Sometimes, I read your mind
Because I'm not blind.
I like your chin
And your skin.
You have a face
That always amaze.

I love your eyes
And your mouth.
You have the lips
That is lovely to kiss.
Also, I like your shoulders.
They are strong and give orders.
I love your both hands
From the beginning to the ends.
I like that you stand strong
Without any wrong.

I love your chest,
And your kindly heart.
It's hard
To say what I love the best.
I love you when you are nice
And when you are wise,
And beater,
And sugar sweeter.
I know when you listen
And when you're 'twist-en.'

I love you here
And there,
And everywhere.
It sounds weird, but I feel married
Even when you are not here.
In the whole world
Nobody is like you,
Young and old,
Let me hold your hand
To the end.

“One act of kindness, how small is ever wasted.”

Let us turn to Aesop’s fable Ant and Dove. An ant went to a fountain to quench his thirst and, tumbling in, was almost drowned. But a dove that happened to be sitting on a neighboring tree saw the ant's danger and, plucking off a leaf, let it drop into the water before him. The ant mounting upon it, was presently wafted safely ashore. Just at that time, a fowler was spreading his net and was in the act of enmeshing the dove, when the ant, observing his object, bit the man’s heel. This made the man drop his net and the dove, aroused to a sense of it danger, flew safely away. The timeless story has a moral: one good turn deserves another. “One act of kindness, how small is ever wasted.” (Aesop, N.d.)

Winterland

The depiction of winter landscapes in Western Arts begins in the 15th century. Wintry and snowy landscapes are not seen in early European painting since most of the subjects were religious. Painters avoided landscapes in general for the same reason. The first depictions of snow began to occur in the
15th and 16th centuries.
