I Never Knew: Poem
I.
I never knew,
Until I met one in You.
You brought me peace
To all my dreams.
I want to harvest
From every song
If I can prolong
The endless lightness,
Kindness, and happiness.
II.
And if you are to love,
Love like the moon loves.
It does not steal the night.
It only unveils the beauty
Of the dark
And the moon’s light
That sends official approval
For sweet love.
