There is not such a thing as a diet.
The is a life-time commitment
to eat more fruit and vegetables.
The new resolution: to make smart choices -
to watch sodium, sugar, and bad fat.
Of course, to eat small portions,
to drink water, and to be nice to yourself -
all are important.
Because of Covid-19, we will need
to continue to take care
of our immune system.
