Long Story Short: Poem

Long Story Short

Long story short

Or short story long,

From the tip of your tung

Deep from your breathing lung,

You are thankful

For what remains in the fistful

And sad of what lost.

You can be grateful

For life of fresh air, the most.

Here is a journey

I did not ask for

Like before.

Outdoors welcome

You as you are –

Quiet, messy, and keeping calm.

Do you know what? –

It does more than enough.

Mermaids: Poem

Mermaids

Your eyes are like doves behind your veil. Your hair falls in waves, like a flock of goats winding down the slopes of Gilead. Your teeth are as white as sheep, recently shorn and freshly washed. Your smile is flowless each tooth matched with its twin. Your lips are like scarlet ribbon your mouth is inviting. Your cheeks are like rosy pomegranates behind your veil. Your neck is as beautiful as the tower of David jeweled with shields of a thousand heroes. Your breasts are like two fawns, twin fawns of a gazelle grazing among the lilies. You are a garden fountain a well of fresh water streaming down from Lebanon's mountains. Your eyes are like the sparkling pools in Pamo Beach Florida also in heshbon by the gate of bath-rabbim. Your nose is as fine as the tower of Lebanon overlooking Damascus. Your head is as majestic as Mount Carmel, and the sheen of your hair radiated royalty. The crowns of mermaids, your gentlewomen, like the Nereids. So many beautiful mermaids tended. In your eyes the sunset beneath your feet and made their bends adorning's. At the helm, your glows with touches of those gloomy rose flower-soft hands that yarely frame the office. From the barge a strange invisible perfume hits the sense of peaches. (Song of Solomon 4:1, Mermaids)

Rock-and-Roll: Poem

 Rock-and-Roll: Poem

Let’s spread the sound
Timeless, worldwide, and very loud
When you follow the global rock era,
So called rock and stone ergo.
Culture, music, and new era –
This what is buzzing the air –
Timeless, worldwide, and very loud
Twist and rock-and-roll sound
Generations to bound.
Prince of darkness
Ozzy, Elvis, and Tom Jones
Sing and bring gymnastic dances
Rock, baby, rock –
It will bring you luck!

Let Nature In: Poem

Let Nature In

When hope is blooming pink,

My poem says it in ink.

Let the nature in –

You will always win!

Summer brings a spin:

So many flowers with delicate skin:

The petals are bright and thin.

I am very thankful, not mean.

Please, let nature in.

I am not grin,

Just try to survive and win.

You better pin:

“Let nature in!”

If you want to win –

Always stay kith and kin.

I can see your chin

Nodes, and spin

When you say, “Let nature in!”

Down and Dusk: Poem

Down and Dusk

I dreamt the dark into the light

When I cannot sleep, I fight

Until the morning sun takes flight.

Panting at sunset is a treasured time.

Jogging at the sunrise makes my body fine.

Sundown highlights the horizon

On the sun path at my time zone.

Duration between gifted me twilight

Interface with wildlife.

Down and dusk,

And repeat navigation,

Outdoor activities and stargazing.

Down and dusk,

I have walked before.

But now I am alone

With a heart of stone,

I know

Dusk and down,

And me alone in town.

Unpaid Therapist: Poem

Unpaid Therapist: Poem
I fix broken people as an emotional EMT
But not everyone can save Miss T[ee.]
I offer support as my vision
Not full body rescue mission.
Any support
Brings some reward.
I react with a spark
Not the crutch
To light fire under the butt –
It is not too much!
I am not your unpaid therapist.
Codependency and empowerment
Both are attractive developments.
Starts foretelling to have a blast
With family and friends that last.
Moderation and balance are key:
Delighted, precious –
You need adjustments to make to be,
To match other people’s energy
To be free,
And take care of me.

Spider's Web: Poem

Spider’s Web

When I have lean

Into flow of life,

I am guided to live

The pure truth,

Nature and life both have existence

With very close distance.

Spider’s nets

Copy and imitates

Life in circles and lines.

Golden sunlit shines

On morning leaves bright,

Nice and fine

To satisfy the entire life

Seen through the web’s

Morning lights.

Nature preserves

Unbearable time of down

As nature serves

The moments I met,

One early morning in the woods,

Which I do not want to forget.
