Progress: Poem

Progress: Poem

I have to confess

Progress is not a regress.

It is not always forward.

Often, it is three steps frontward

And two steps that keep us back.

It is circles and spirals,

Even when it sits still

You feel each word

That sounds like a lifetime award.

You know that Earth has music

For those who listen

And moving forward.

Progress includes growth,

Continuing education,

Brakes, and detours.

We can set the wild rhythm,

Frequencies, alignment,

And even rhythm management.

Progress comes in different ways

And upfront honesty

If you are moving,

Then you are progressing.

Progress has a strategic approach.

It involves systematic monitoring

For growth-oriented mindset

That naturally improves the mind- state.

Assumption: Poem

Assumption: Poem

Nobody is perfect –

Partial presentation of truth

Is a facade to reflect.

You have to read and use

The good side

Of any situation,

And this is a misrepresentation

Efforts to demonstrate assumption.

Read between each line

This is fine.

Excitements and enthusiasm

Is a cover up for public display

When out of touch is the rate

Of the entire truth,

Feelings of half-truth is a cover

Of loneliness, frustration, and anger.

Question for the Moon: Poem

Question for the Moon: Poem

Sometimes, at night

When I fight

With my sleep,

I want to ask what I feel.

You know, the pain in my hip

Is not cool.

The question for the moon. –

Where does love goes?

The moon above is not a fool. –

When you are apart,

The love stays in your heart.

Love cannot disappear

For those who love and care.

Lost and Found: Poem

 Lost and Found: Poem

You are always
On my mind.
I am glad you looked
Far and near, beyond the crowd,
And discovered
The lost and buried.
Well, you can clean
And wash away the dirt.
It will shine again
Like new,
If it fixed with some glue.
People say, lost and found
For a personal reason.
Could be some Irish luck.
Let’s put it in the truck.
Maybe, just maybe,
You will sell it for a buck.
Rotten and broken
It was spoken
To me
Like the main key.
It was not the monetary fee –
It was something to stay and be.

Upgrade: Poem

Upgrade: Poem

Do not downgrade

Your sweet dreams.

Be the one to upgrade

Your critical thinking

And continuing education.

Comfort zones

Do not build empires

In modern civilizations.

Life is worthless

Without rights so precious

To cherish to be free

And to speak out my mind,

The way I want and like.

'Am I Getting Old' by Victor Hugo

𝗔𝗺 𝗜 𝗚𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗹𝗱?
People say I’ve changed. They say I’ve grown quiet, distant… not the person I used to be. But I don’t think it’s age that’s changing me.
I think it’s wisdom.
I no longer live to make others happy. Now, I try to be kind to myself.
I’ve let go of things that hurt me—memories, people, and places that made me feel small.
Not out of anger, but because I deserve peace.
I don’t chase loud nights anymore.
I spend my late hours learning, dreaming, creating.
I’ve traded makeup for honesty, and empty smiles for real joy.
I don’t need a glass of wine to feel alive—I find comfort in quiet sips of coffee.
I stopped pretending life is perfect and started loving it just as it is.
It’s not age that slows me down.
It’s the wonder of seeing beauty in small things—a bird’s song, morning light, a kind word.
I wake up early now, not because I must, but because each day feels like a gift.
I stay silent more often, not because I have nothing to say, but because I now choose words that matter.
𝗡𝗼, 𝗜’𝗺 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗹𝗱.
𝗜’𝗺 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳.
𝗜’𝗺 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴.
𝗜’𝗺 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴.
𝗜’𝗺 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗜 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲—𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗲𝘁, 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲.

Life and Time: Poem

                                                            Life and Time:

                                                Poem

Life and time

Are two sisters

And the best teachers.

What is on my mind?

Just wanted to remind.

Life teaches us

To use time

And this is completely fine,

As there is no crime

To be on time.

In return, time teaches us

To value life.

Life and time

Are the best teachers.

Follow the natural patterns

Of maps and blueprints

Learned from teachers and parents

That coffee never tasted better,

Nicer and sweeter,

Until sugar met coffee cream blended.

Coffee alone is strong and bold

But love turns it

Into liquid gold.

Sugar brings a gentle grace

To the beautiful face.

Cream softens edges

And smooth the pace.

What happens next?

We meet; we stir.

We walk; we talk.

We blend; we mend

Becoming better

When we bend.
